GTA Photography Competition 2011: Closed

Dear participants,

We thank you for your participation in the above. The competition is now closed and the results will be released during GTA Annual General Seminar 2012.

To stimulate the interest of Geography teachers and students in developing an inquiry-based approach in teaching and learning of Geography through images of natural and cultural landscapes, GTA will be organising a photography competition for 2011.

Entries are to be submitted digitally at GTA’s facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Geography-Teachers-Association-of-Singapore/240474459310854) by 15 Dec 11. The judging criteria will comprise of photographic quality (40%) and relevance of the photograph to Geography education with a focus on an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning of Geography (60%).

The winning entry will receive a book voucher of $200. Another 5 merit winners will receive a book voucher of $20 each. For further details, please refer to attached.
